Banana is one of the readily available fruits. At least one banana every day is good for health. Although many people do not like this fruit. Like it or not, besides depression there are several benefits to eat a banana every day.
What are they? Let's find out-
1. Blood pressure control-
Eating a banana every day keeps the blood pressure under control. It is able to reduce high blood pressure. Bananas contain a lot of potassium which enters the body and begins to reduce the effects of sodium. Which lowers blood pressure.
2. Improving eyesight-
Banana improves eyesight. There is no substitute for banana to improve eyesight. After the calcium, potassium and many other beneficial elements of bananas enter the body, sports show that it does not take long for eye health to improve. At the same time, the retinal capacity increases so much that there is almost no chance of getting macular degeneration or any kind of eye disease.
3. Depression -
Banana relieves depression and invigorates the mind. Eating a banana every day reduces the stress level of the body. It does not take much time to reduce the incidence of mental depression.
4. There is also benefit in peeling-
If you can apply banana peel on the face after eating banana, then the incidence of skin disease decreases and the lost radiance comes back. The beneficial fatty acids in the shell also play a special role in this.
From today, however, add a banana to the daily diet.
But there are some issues.
Banana is undoubtedly a very healthy food. Bananas relieve heart disease, relieve fatigue, control blood pressure, reduce depression, constipation, heartburn and cool the body. It is beneficial for anemia patients due to its high iron content. It contains potassium, magnesium and fiber, which results in less appetite for a long time. Banana should be eaten every day. But it is not right to eat it on an empty stomach. The reasons are-
- Bananas contain a lot of sugar, which can cause you fatigue after a few hours
- You may fall asleep after eating a banana
- Eating bananas can cause acidity problems, especially when eaten on an empty stomach
According to Ayurveda, bananas and other fruits should not be eaten on an empty stomach in the morning. And most of the fruits we eat today contain chemicals. So don't eat fruits in the morning.
