There are some lazy eye exercise to improve eyesight you must need to do. Our current way of life is such that the eyes are easily affected by various problems. Sitting in front of a computer for a long time, watching TV and staring at a mobile screen for a long time are having a lasting effect on our eyes. This causes a variety of eye problems, including blurred vision, dry eyes, burns, headaches or itchy eye muscles.

This precious organ of the body needs extra care for eye health. Eye exercises are even more important for those who have been staring at computers and mobile phones for a long time. For eye comfort and well-being, let's look at some simple eye exercises.


Eye Exercise 1:

Keep your eyes closed for a while in between work. Rub your hands and warm the palms of your hands a little and put them on your closed eyes. Keep the palms of the hands in such a way that no light can go inside. Keep your eyes closed like this for 2 minutes. Do this several times a day. This will increase the blood supply to the eyes and keep the eye muscles active.

Eye Exercise 2:

People who use computers and mobile phones excessively are seen to suffer from dry eyes. For them, the exercise is to remove the eyelids frequently without looking continuously. Remove eyelids more often than usual while using computers and mobile phones. By doing this you will get rid of the problem of dry eyes.

Eye Exercise 3:

Sit up straight and keep your head steady, look once to the left and once to the right as far as possible. Look at an object on the left for five seconds. Now blink a few times to normalize the eyes. Follow the same procedure on the right. Do this 10 times.

Eye Exercise 4:

After sitting comfortably, keep one finger of the hand 10 inches away from the mouth and pay attention to it. Then take a deep breath and pay attention to something 10 to 20 feet away. This exercise should be continued by changing the focus after each breath. The focus or vision exercise is the internal muscles of the eye.

Eye Exercise 5:

Massage with light pressure near the eyelids increases eye moisture and soothes the eyes. You can gently massage the eyelids in a circular motion with three fingers. Massage 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. You can massage the middle of the two eyelids three times.

Eye Exercise 6:

Take a pen one hand away and look straight at the pen. Then slowly bring the pen closer, until the pen appears cloudy. Then again slowly move the pen closer and closer. Make sure the eyes are on the pen.

Eye Exercise 7:

If you are sitting in front of the computer for a long time, blink for two minutes in a row. This exercise will help increase the blood supply to your eyes. You will get benefits if you do this exercise after a while.

Eye Exercise 8:

Keep your head still and close your eyes. Now slowly move the eyeballs up and down once. Do this 10 times. Benefit for eye comfort.

Eye Exercise 9:

Keep the head still and turn the two eyeballs clockwise 10 times. Then rotate the two gems counterclockwise 10 more times in the same way. Draw triangles, quadrilaterals and other geometric shapes by turning the eyeballs.

Eye Exercise 10:

If you feel extra pressure on the eyes, close your eyes for a while and relax. This will reduce the extra pressure on your eye muscles.
